In May 2009, Affitech AS was combined with Pharmexa A/S to form Affitech A/S resulting in the company now being listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.Affitech A/S is a human antibody therapeutics research company and Pharmexai A/S, a publicly traded former vaccine research and development company, based in Denmark.
