ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA (ABG) is a Norwegian investment bank with offices in the Nordic region, London and New York. The vast majority of the operation takes place in Norway and Sweden. The investment bank is divided into three divisions: Equities, Corporate Finance and Trading & Risk. ABG Sundal Collier's operation is considered to be very dependent on the development within the equity and corporate transaction markets. The financial market in the Nordic region is dominated by big banks. There are, however, room for smaller players in the niche segments such as equity brokerage and special corporate finance services.
