A negative trend has though been spotted in the circulation figures for single-copy newspapers, increasing pressure on the traditional revenue model for newspapers, notably VG and Aftonbladet. To be able to ensure future quality journalism, the company expects to find ways of charging users for receiving news services on digital platforms.
