REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais, SA, will be present at the London Mid Cap Event next 3rd and 4th of December. It will be represented by Ana Fernandes, head of IR.
REN is the national transmission system operator of electricity and gas networks in Portugal. It was listed on the NYSE-Euronext stock exchange in July 2007.
REN is a regulated company and the new 3 year regulatory framework for the electricity business will be known by mid December.
In 2007 REN had a Regulated Asset Base of about E1,500M, a recurrent EBITDA of E310M and a Net Income of E145M. In the next 7 years REN plans to invest over E1,400M in its electricity business and about E340M in its gas business.
