Zurich, a leading property and casualty insurance provider globally and
in North America, was recognized by Greenwich Associates, an
international research-based consulting firm in institutional financial
services, as a recipient of a National Greenwich Excellence Awards for
Customer Satisfaction. Zurich was also recognized as the top insurance
carrier for broker-type middle market servicing efforts in the Midwest
and West regions. Zurich is one of only two, among more than 300
evaluated, who led nationally as well as in every region.
The award is based on surveys of more than 9,000 companies with annual
sales between $10 and $500 million. Respondents were asked to identify
insurance carriers that stand out at the national level for providing
quality service and coverage. Respondents were also asked to give the
names of insurance carriers with whom they have developed strong
relationships and have come to rely upon for their insurance needs on a
region-by-region basis.
