LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC (MRW.LN) said Friday it has purchased 1 million ordinary shares at an average price of 283.796 pence per share for cancellation.
-Shares at 1651 GMT up 1%, at 283 pence, valuing the company at GBP7 billion.
