SINGAPORE -(Dow Jones)- Yanzhou Coal Mining Co. Ltd (600188.SH) is holding a global fixed-income investor roadshow through May 9, a person familiar with the matter told Dow Jones Newswires Thursday.
The company is planning to sell a Reg S/ Rule 144A U.S. dollar bond following the meetings and has hired Deutsche Bank and UBS as joint lead managers and bookrunners.
