FRANKFURT -(Dow Jones)- German consumer products maker Henkel AG & Co KGaA (HEN.XE) said Friday it has signed an agreement with Cytec Industries Inc. (CYT) to acquire its pressure-sensitive adhesives product range.
MAIN FACTS:
-Financial details of the transaction weren't disclosed.
-The Cytec pressure-sensitive adhesives operations generated sales of $94 million in 2011.
-The acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2012, subject to certain conditions.
