LONDON -(Dow Jones)- WM Morrison Supermarkets PLC (MRW.LN) Friday said it purchased 1.4 million ordinary shares, for cancellation, at an average price of 269.904 pence per share on May 18.
Shares on Friday closed at 271.2 pence.
