PARIS -(Dow Jones)- Electrical engineering and power-management company Schneider Electric SA (SU.FR) and construction conglomerate Bouygues SA (EN.FR) created a joint venture called Aveltys to work on buildings' energy efficiency.
MAIN FACTS:
- Aveltys will offer energy saving for existing and new buildings.
- Aveltys is 51% owned by Schneider Electric and 49% owned by Bouygues.
