Notification of Trade

Wentworth Resources Limited ("Wentworth"), the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE: WRL) and AIM (AIM: WRL) listed independent, East Africa-focused oil & gas company, was notified on 7 June 2012 that on 7 June 2012 Mr. John Bentley, Non-executive Deputy Chairman of Wentworth, sold 80,000 shares from his VPS account and simultaneously bought 80,000 shares through his pension fund, at a price of NOK 3.65 per share.  Following the completion of this transaction, Mr. Bentley's holdings have not changed and remain at 322,809 shares and 500,000 share options in Wentworth.
