LONDON--GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GSK.LN) said Monday that it bought 1.5 million shares to be held in treasury at between 1,429.5 pence a share and 1,454.5 pence a share.
-Shares closed Monday at 1,453.5 pence valuing the company at GBP72.78 billion.
