LONDON--GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GSK.LN) said Tuesday that it bought for cancellation 1.1 million shares at 1,458.5 pence to 1,477.5 pence each.
-Shares closed Tuesday at 1,468.5 pence valuing the company at GBP73.12 billion.
